We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges/Refund
To be eligible for a return, if our product doesn’t deliver, doesn’t work for you or it was not profitable. In order to request refund, you should use the product at least for 5 days. We may request to send an screenshot of your 5 days trading history.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mtradingpro.com. We will ask you some questions about your reasons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and supporting documents regarding your claim and you must contact us via the email address where the order was delivered to.

We only refund/replace items if they aren’t working or caused unbearable drawdown/loss.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your Paypal or Bank account which you have completed your purchase.
